Emergency contacts must be someone other than parents – we need details for at least one emergency contact who isn’t a parent.
If you’d like to authorise someone to collect your child/ren from care, please provide their email address (note: it must be different from the parent’s email).
You can add contacts and set their authorisation permissions through the Home App. Just log in to your account and check that you contacts are up to date under Contacts section in the Account tab.
To remove a contact, please email your request to childcare@kcs.org.au
