Emergency contacts are NOT parents - we must have the details for at least one emergency contact other than the parents. If you wish to authorise a contact to collect your child from care, then an email address
must be provided, it cannot be the same email as the parent.
Contacts can be added via the Home App, please check your App to check that your contacts are upto date - contacts can only be removed by emailing your request to
childcare@kcs.org.au
